REGISTRATIONS CLOSING WEDNESDAY 22/08/2021 AT MIDNIGHT
New PATHA membership applications will not be sent for approval between 21 Sept and Sun 26 September. This means new registrants on Tuesday and Wednesday (for both the symposium and training day) will need to register under non-member rates if they are not already PATHA members.
Discounted Rates for PATHA Members
To be able to access the discounted rates for PATHA members, please make sure you are logged into this website.
You can cancel your registration with full refund up until the 15th of August 2021. We may not be able to offer a refund for cancellation after that date.
To request a refund, you can send an email to our conference co-ordinator: email@example.com.
The PATHA Symposium will only take place in person in COVID-19 alert level 1 or 0 during the days of the symposium. If there is reasonable expectation that the COVID-19 alert level will be 2 or higher, then the conference organisers will change the Symposium to be held virtually. There will be no refund of registration fees for the conference being held virtually.
Please note that your registration fees will only cover your access to the Symposium. It will not cover other costs of your attendance, such as your travel and accommodation costs.
We will only be able to allow people who are registered to attend the Symposium sessions.
Videoing and broadcasting
Please get permission from the Symposium organisers before videoing or broadcasting any of the Symposium content.
The Symposium organisers may want to take photos at the event for future promotion of our association. We will make our best effort to ensure that everybody has the opportunity to not be part of the photograph if they are not comfortable doing so.
