PATHA is collaborating with The Australian Professional Association for Trans Health (AusPATH) for our 2023 conference. AusPATH is Australia’s national peak body for professionals involved in the health, rights and well-being of all trans people – binary and non-binary. The conference encourages all disciplines involved in trans healthcare to come together and to share knowledge, experience, and expertise to improve the lives of trans people and their communities.
This three-day hybrid (face-to-face and virtual) conference will be hosted at Pullman on the Park in East Melbourne on Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung country from 2-4 November 2023. Thursday 2 November will be dedicated to interactive workshops, and Friday 3 November to Saturday 4 November will be the main scientific program days.
Conference theme: Advocating for Change, Advancing Best Practice
The AusPATH Conference will offer opportunities for professional development and networking for a multidisciplinary audience, bringing together researchers, primary healthcare providers, community, specialist clinicians, general practitioners, policy experts, academics and mental health practitioners.
There are discounted rates for PATHA members. If you're not a PATHA member, it may not be too late to sign up for membership, but please don't delay as we usually require up to six weeks to approve new memberships. If you're not sure of your membership status, you can find this by logging in to the PATHA website.
